Privacy Policy for DB Tech LLC Applications

At DB Tech LLC, your privacy matters to us. We build our apps with privacy in mind—everything happens right on your device, and nothing is sent to us or anyone else.

This Privacy Policy covers all apps published by DB Tech LLC on the Apple App Store (iOS, iPadOS, and macOS), including FusionCam For Tesla and MemeGIF (we’ll call them “the Apps”). It doesn’t apply to third-party websites or services you might reach from links inside our Apps.

Information We Collect

We don’t collect any personal information from you.

  • No accounts or sign-ups are required.
  • We never ask for or store your name, email, phone number, device ID, IP address, or anything else that could identify you.
  • We don’t track how you use the Apps, collect analytics, or log crashes.
  • We don’t follow your activity across other apps or websites.

All processing happens locally on your device. For example:

  • FusionCam For Tesla works only with TeslaCam footage you already have on your device or connected storage.
  • MemeGIF lets you import, edit, and export GIFs from your own photo library.

Nothing ever leaves your device because of our Apps.

Device Permissions

To do their job, our Apps may ask for permission to access things like your Photos or Files—so you can import footage or GIFs and save your work.

We use these permissions only to let you work with your own files, right on your device. We never upload, store, or send anything to our servers or third parties.

You can change or revoke these permissions anytime in your device settings.

No Tracking, Ads, or Third-Party Services

Our Apps don’t include:

  • Analytics tools (like Google Analytics or Firebase)
  • Advertising networks or ad identifiers
  • Cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies
  • Any sharing of data with third parties

We use only Apple’s built-in frameworks, and no outside services collect data for us.

Children’s Privacy

Our Apps aren’t designed for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from kids. If we ever learn we’ve received any, we’ll delete it right away.

Data Security

Since we collect nothing, there’s no data on our servers to protect or breach. Your files stay on your device, secured by Apple’s built-in features like encryption and Face ID/Touch ID.

Your Privacy Rights

We don’t collect or process personal data, so there are no data access, deletion, or portability requests to handle. If you have any concerns or think we’ve somehow received information, just reach out—we’re happy to help.

You can always manage permissions or delete the Apps (and any local files they created) whenever you want.

Compliance

We follow applicable privacy laws, including CCPA, GDPR (where it applies), and Apple’s App Store rules. Because we collect no personal data, most data-subject rights don’t come into play here.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever need to update this policy, we’ll post the new version on our website at https://www.dbtechmn.com and update the Effective Date above. For big changes, we’ll also mention it in app update notes when possible.
